Delete your XpertCreation account
This page explains how to delete your account in the XpertCreation app (com.xpertcreation.app) and on xpertcreation.com, and what happens to your data.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in at xpertcreation.com/login, or open the XpertCreation app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion happens straight away.
Or ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We action these requests within 30 days.
Before you delete
So nobody loses money, these must be finished first. The delete button tells you if any are left:
- Freelance orders in progress (as buyer or seller), and earnings not yet withdrawn.
- Store orders that are not finished yet.
- A JazzCash payment our team is still checking.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long
| Data | Kept for |

| Payment records: order number, amount, date and payment reference. No name, email or phone. | As long as tax law requires. Needed for tax and refunds. |
| Family tree entries you added in Roots of Love | Stay in the family's tree, without your account linked, because the tree belongs to the whole family. |
| Messages you sent in group chats | Stay in the group, without your name. |
| Server logs (IP address, page requested) | Up to 90 days, then overwritten. Kept for security and abuse investigation. |
| Database backups | Up to 30 days. Your data is removed from the live database immediately; backups age out on their own. |
Deletion is permanent. Certificates you have earned cannot be recovered afterwards, and the same email address will start from nothing if you sign up again. Download anything you want to keep first, such as receipts and your CV.
