Terms of Service

These terms cover xpertcreation.com, XpertAcademy and XpertLoad. Using any of them means you accept them.

Your account

Give a real email address. It is how we reach you and where your certificates go.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account per person.
You must be 13 or older.

Courses and certificates

XpertAcademy courses are free. Certificates are issued when you complete a course and pass its quiz.

What a certificate is, and is not It records that you completed our course and passed our quiz. It is not a qualification issued by Microsoft, by any university, or by any government body, and it is not accredited by anyone. We describe it accurately and ask that you do too.

We may revoke a certificate obtained by cheating, sharing answers, or using another person's account. A revoked certificate shows as invalid when checked.

Course content

Course material is ours and is provided for your own learning. You may not republish or resell it. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

Orders on XpertLoad

Check the number before you pay. Mobile top-ups cannot be reversed once sent. A top-up delivered to the number you entered is delivered correctly, even if you meant a different one.
Gift card codes are delivered by email, so your email address must be correct and confirmed.
Prices are shown before you pay. If a supplier fails to deliver an order we have charged for, we refund it.
We may cancel an order and refund it where we suspect fraud.

What you must not do

Break into, overload, or probe the service.
Automate account creation or quiz attempts.
Resell access to your account.
Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that does any of this.

Availability

We try to keep everything running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. For a paid order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time at /account/delete. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.

Paid items

Profile boosts, post boosts, featured jobs, Company Pro and the Blue tick check are paid items. Buying one is covered by our Terms of sale and our Cancellation and refund policy. Payments are taken in Pakistani rupees through Safepay, and you get a receipt on screen and by email for every payment.

Complaints

Email [email protected], call or WhatsApp +92 300 946 2916, or open a ticket at /support. We confirm we have your complaint within 24 hours and give you a solution within 7 working days. Details: how we handle complaints.
