These terms apply when you buy a paid item on XpertCreation (xpertcreation.com), operated by XpertCreation, a sole proprietorship owned by Syed Khalid Hussain Shah (NTN 3361230-7), 1-S-3B/2, Ghazali Park, Wahdat Colony, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. What you can buy

• Profile boost: your XpertConnect profile is shown first in People search, marked Boosted, for 7 or 30 days.
• Post boost: one of your posts is shown near the top of For you, marked Boosted, for 3 or 7 days.
• Featured job: one of your open job posts is pinned at the top of Jobs with a Featured badge, for 15 or 30 days.
• Company Pro: for verified companies; a PRO badge, listed first among companies, and featured jobs included, for one month or one year.
• Blue tick check: a one-time fee for our team to check your identity documents. The blue tick is given only if the check passes.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees on the Promote page before you pay, and include any applicable taxes. You pay once per order through Safepay, our payment provider (card or mobile wallet); nothing renews automatically. We never see or store your full card details.

When your item starts

Items start as soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within minutes). If you buy the same item again while one is running, the new period starts when the current one ends.

Your content

Paid items only change where your content appears. Your content must still follow our Terms and community rules; content that breaks them can be removed without a refund. Boosted items are always marked so people know they are promoted.

Receipts

After every payment you see your receipt on screen and we email it to you. It shows the receipt number (XC-…), the item, the amount in PKR, the date and the Safepay payment reference. All your receipts are under My orders.

Delivery

Paid items are delivered online on xpertcreation.com. Nothing is shipped.

Changes

We may change prices for future orders; orders already paid are not affected. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
