Surah Al-Infitaar (سُورَةُ الانفِطَارِ)
The Cleaving · 19 ayahs · Urdu translation Kanz-ul-Iman and English
82:1بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتْ
جب آسمان پھٹ پڑے،
When the heaven splits open.
82:2وَإِذَا ٱلْكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتْ
اور جب تارے جھڑ پڑیں،
And when the stars fall down.
82:3وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ
اور جب سمندر بہادیے جائیں
And when the oceans are swept away.
82:4وَإِذَا ٱلْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ
اور جب قبریں کریدی جائیں
And when the graves are overturned.
82:5عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ
ہر جان، جان لے گی جو اس نے آگے بھیجا اور جو پیچھے
Every soul will come to know what it has sent ahead and what it left behind.
82:6يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ
اے آدمی! تجھے کس چیز نے فریب دیا اپنے کرم والے رب سے
O man! What has deceived you away from your Lord, the Most Beneficent?
82:7ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ
جس نے تجھے پیدا کیا پھر ٹھیک بنایا پھر ہموار فرمایا
The One Who created you, then moulded you, then made you proper?
82:8فِىٓ أَىِّ صُورَةٍۢ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ
جس صورت میں چاہا تجھے ترکیب دیا
He moulded you into whatever shape He willed.
82:9كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِٱلدِّينِ
کوئی نہیں بلکہ تم انصاف ہونے کو جھٹلانتے ہو
Not at all – but rather you deny the establishment of Justice.
82:10وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَٰفِظِينَ
اور بیشک تم پر کچھ نگہبان ہیں
And indeed there are some guardians over you.
82:11كِرَامًۭا كَٰتِبِينَ
معزز لکھنے والے
The honourable recorders.
82:12يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ
جانتے ہیں جو کچھ تم کرو
Knowing all what you may do.
82:13إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍۢ
بیشک نِکو کار ضرور چین میں ہیں
Indeed the virtuous are in serenity.
82:14وَإِنَّ ٱلْفُجَّارَ لَفِى جَحِيمٍۢ
اور بیشک بدکار ضرور دوزخ میں ہیں،
And indeed the sinners are in hell.
82:15يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ
انصاف کے دن اس میں جائیں گے،
They will enter it on the Day of Justice.
82:16وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ
اور اس سے کہیں چھپ نہ سکیں گے،
And will not be able to hide from it.
82:17وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ
اور تو کیا جانیں کیسا انصاف کا دن،
And what do you know – of what sort is the Day of Justice!
82:18ثُمَّ مَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ
پھر تو کیا جانے کیسا انصاف کا دن،
Again, what do you know – of what sort is the Day of Justice!
82:19يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌۭ لِّنَفْسٍۢ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَٱلْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلَّهِ
جس دن کوئی جان کسی جان کا کچھ اختیار نہ رکھے گی اور سارا حکم اس دن اللہ کا ہے،
The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah.
