Finding a job

Search by title, company or city, and filter by type (full-time, part-time, internship, freelance, contract) and on-site, remote or hybrid. For you shows open jobs that ask for skills on your profile.

Applying

Open a job and tap Apply. The employer sees your XpertConnect profile - headline, skills and experience - and a short note if you write one, so keep your profile up to date. My applications shows where each one stands: applied, shortlisted or not selected. You can withdraw an application while it is still waiting.

Posting a job

Tap Post a job: title, company, type, location, an optional salary, the skills you need, a description and the last date to apply (up to 90 days). You can edit, close or delete it later.

Hiring

On your job's page you see everyone who applied. Shortlist and chat tells the person and opens a chat between you. Not selected lets them know politely.

Stay safe

Jobs here are free. Never pay a fee, deposit or "registration charge" to get a job. Report any job that asks for money; moderators remove it.

Who can post a job

To keep jobs real, only verified businesses can post. You need a company page that has passed the company check (KYC). Jobs then show your company's logo and ✔ Verified badge, with a link to your company page. If you open Post a job without one, you will see how to set it up.
