Your account
Creating an account
- Open xpertcreation.com/register.
- Enter your name, email address and a password.
- We send a code to your email. Enter it to verify your address.
Some things need a verified email: posting on the lost & found board, endorsing people, sending connection requests and writing reviews. This keeps fake accounts out.
Your account page
At xpertcreation.com/account you can:
- change your name and password
- choose an avatar or upload a photo
- add your birthday (it fills in the age calculator and your star sign by itself)
- add a WhatsApp number
- change your privacy settings
- open Social links to add your Facebook, Instagram, X and other accounts to your profile
Deleting your account
Go to xpertcreation.com/account/delete. Deleting removes your account and what belongs to it. It cannot be undone.
Username and signing in
When you create an account you choose a username (3 to 20 letters, numbers or _), for example @khalidxpert, and type your password twice. You can also choose 👤 Individual or 🏢 Company; companies go on to set up their company page.
You can sign in with your email or your username. Forgot it? On the sign-in screen, Forgot username emails it to you, and Forgot password works with your email or username. You can change your username in Settings, once a day.
Tap your photo at the top for 🧱 My wall, 🏢 My company, ✔️ Blue tick, My profile, Settings and 🚪 Sign out.
Language
On the home page, the language menu offers English, Urdu, Arabic, Norwegian (Norsk) and other languages.
