The blue tick

The blue tick next to a name shows a confirmed, trusted profile. It is a paid identity check: Rs 999, one time, fully refunded if the check is rejected.

How to get it

  1. Make sure you have an XpertConnect profile; the tick shows on it, on your posts and in search.
  2. Open Promote and choose Blue tick, then pay (card, JazzCash or Google Play in the app).
  3. Complete the ID check if you have not already: WhatsApp number, CNIC or passport, and an address proof.
  4. Our team checks everything and may contact you on WhatsApp. You get a notification with the answer.

Good to know

  • An approved ID check on its own gives ID verified, not the blue tick.
  • XpertCreation staff, moderators and Brand Ambassadors have the blue tick.
  • If the check is rejected, your payment is refunded in full.
